Becca and the Goblin Pt.2

What a week! I just managed to put some of the finishing touches on the current Becca series and I'm finally going to be able to move onto the Tara series. Can't. Freaking. Wait. I'm making great progress on the current commissions and I'm getting a bit of a knack for it. Fun stuff! Enjoy my latest works and, as always, critiques and criticisms are more than welcome; especially from my fellow artists. It's the only way I'll

Becca and the Goblin

Oh man this set has been one long headache. Stupid glitches, annoying material problems, and my shitty godless abortion of a macbook combined to make the perfect storm of bullshit that I had to wade through for every single damn render. Still I'm really happy with the results... so far. I've been so busy lately it's a bit of a wonder I have any time at all to supply the ThreeDevil with new material. Guh. Just fucking "guh". Anyhoo, enough of my bitching. Enjoy!

Tara Purchased

So here's the latest and (hopefully) greatest of the Tara series I promised. This is after she's been sold by Thralk to... somebody and now a henchman is escorting her to see her new owner. I wish I could include a whole story/dialogue for these images but I simply don't have the time :/. I think that the images are pretty self explanatory but if you feel that it REALLY needs the written story aspect then I'll make some time to elaborate on what's happened since we've last seen our lovely nurse. Let me know what you think!

Introducing Jasmine

For the past week and a half in the wake of the ME commission I've been working hard to improve my technique and I'd like to think that I've done so. I've been studying subsurface scattering and depth of field in new ways along with lighting and basic posing technique and it's paid off. To celebrate this I'd like to show you a lovely lady who will be becoming a regular on the blog in the coming months: Jasmine. Not sure what particular situations I'm going to throw her into but I have a really interesting idea for a "Creature from the Black Lagoon" set that I'm playing with a bit. As always comments and criticisms are welcome.

Commissions Closed

As much as I hate to say it, for the time being I'm going to have stop accepting commissions. I have two sets on the way that are demanding my complete attention and if I take on any more at the moment then the quality of my work will suffer and that leaves nobody happy. I should be able to take on more work in the coming weeks so I'll keep everyone posted. In the meantime please enjoy this picture of a hardworking girl just trying to make a living on an intergalactic space station. God bless her!

Commission Completed!

The title says it all! After two weeks of balls-to-the-wall effort I can proudly say that I've completed my first ever commissioned set! It was a great experience and I'm really a fan of the commissioner's imaginative ideas and in depth storytelling style. He's a fan of mind control scenarios and video game setting (duh) which was something of a new idea for me so I got to exercise my atrophied art muscles and improve my technique and I'm always up for some improvement. Life as an artist gets so much easier when you get along creatively with your patron and it shows a lot in the finished product.

On a completely unrelated note I've taken some time to revise a lot of the ol' blog layout and came up with a brand new header with a hot little cyber babe. The last header was all "artsy" and didn't reflect my work in the slightest so I feel that it came off as pretentious douchebaggery. Where the fuck do I get the nerve?!? Anyways enough of my inane ramblings; check out the set!

Poll Closed

Holy hell that was a close one! Usually one of the girls wins by a landslide over the others but this time we have a near tie between Becca and Tara! The difference in votes between the two lovely ladies was in the single digits!!! So, with that in mind, and because I wanted to do it anyways, I will be releasing both a Becca AND a Tara series in the upcoming weeks! Thanks to everyone who voted I really appreciate your participation on the site. It's always nice for an artist to feel that they're appreciated; especially when there are many other talented artists in this particular niche. Can't wait to show you the new sets

Trouble in Paradise Pt. 1

So here's the first part of my latest set. As you can see from my previous posts regarding my character Jasmine I've made some serious changes to her appearance and I'm damn pleased with how she evolved! I've always been a fan of the old school horror monsters (Wolfman, Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster etc.) but the baddy that always really grabbed my attention was definitely the Creature from the Black Lagoon. In every single poster featuring this slimy motherfucker he's always got some gorgeous half naked babe draped over a shoulder or something similar. He never fucked these damsels in distress however and I've come to the conclusion that the amphibious assailant has a godawful case of blueballs. Well no more! Enjoy and please leave comments/criticisms since it's the only way I can get better. More coming soon!

Trouble in Paradise Pt. 2

Here's the second group of pics in the Jasmine set. I toned down the shine a bit and fiddled with the lights some more but some of the pictures don't "pop" like I want them to. Still, I'm satisfied to the point of posting it and I hope that you enjoy them!

Latest and Greatest!

Oh man I'm really excited about this post! For the past couple of weeks I've been feeling a sense of ennui concerning the content on my blog. The latest Jasmine set was a really dull affair for me and I think it actually shows in the set itself. Everything is so frikken monochromatic and grey that I want to vomit! So I sat down and looked at what I was doing and I realized that I am not the type of artist who is capable of hammering out set after set like clockwork. It just doesn't appeal to me considering that my computer can't handle it and I have the attention span of a squirrel wired on meth. Needless to say, production slows down to a crawl and the work ends up being well beneath my expectations.

Instead I've decided to focus on producing high quality individual images (or radically smaller sets) because I enjoy it more and I don't get bored with the content. I can't tell you how many times I've been in the middle of rendering an image and suddenly had the desire to do something completely different because I couldn't stand to look at the characters for another second. The images below are a result of my new method of devoting my time and energy to single, highly detailed images and I'm really very happy with them. I feel that they're a better reflection of my capabilities as an artist.

Also, I have to say thanks to all of you for continually visiting my blog and giving me the motivation to continue updating it. One individual who deserves special recognition is my fellow artist and friend Mongo Bongo who basically got my blog off the ground by giving it incredible free publicity on his own blog. Without his initial help I'd have a grand total of 350 visits instead of 350,000. His banner is on the right side of the page and I definitely recommend taking a look at his stuff! Thanks again and enjoy the pics!

Btw, for those who care the girls are: Briana, Vera, Becca, Jasmine, Tara, and a new girl I haven't named yet :)

Tara Taken Pt.1

Well... here it is. My first set with one of my redesigned characters; Tara. I am VERY happy with how it's turned out and I think it has the potential to be my best set to date! The time I spent on small details (some of which took hours) is mind numbing. I was thinking about including a story with this one as well but it's pretty self explanatory and I don't want to limit your imaginations.... also I'm tired and lazy. I'll probably make at least 10 more images with Tara before moving onto my next project so expect some interesting developments! Enjoy :D
